I have posted a job. What happens next?
After posting your job, you will need to confirm your email address before the job can be accepted and shared with suitable traders. Please check your inbox and click the confirmation link.

How quickly will traders contact me?

Do I have to accept a quote?
No. You are free to compare quotes and choose whether to proceed.
Are traders employed by Need A Trader?
No. Need A Trader connects customers with independent tradespeople and businesses. Any agreement, quote or work carried out is between you and the trader.
How do I choose the right trader?
We recommend checking experience, reviews where available, insurance, qualifications, previous work and written quote details before agreeing to any work.
Can I edit my job after posting it?
If you need to update your job details, please contact support and include the email address used when posting your job.
I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, contact our support team so we can help.
Can I cancel or remove my job?
Yes. If you no longer need quotes, please contact support and ask for your job to be removed.
