1. Introduction Service

NeedATrader.com operates solely as an introduction and lead generation platform.

We introduce customers to independent tradespeople based upon information supplied by both parties.

We do not employ traders, provide trade services or supervise any work undertaken.

By submitting a job request, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

You agree that your information may be shared with relevant traders so that quotations can be provided.

Any quotations received are supplied directly by independent traders.

Customers remain responsible for carrying out their own checks before appointing a trader.

We recommend checking:

Any agreement entered into following an introduction through NeedATrader.com is solely between the customer and the chosen trader.

NeedATrader.com is not a party to any contract and accepts no responsibility for its performance.

All payments for services are made directly between customers and traders.

NeedATrader.com accepts no liability for payment disputes, deposits, refunds or project costs.

Complaints regarding work undertaken should be raised directly with the trader responsible.

Whilst we may review complaints and investigate misuse of the platform, we cannot guarantee outcomes or resolutions.

NeedATrader.com shall not be liable for:
