  • Areas covered
  • Trade specialisms
  • Photographs and portfolio content
  • Qualifications and accreditations

You must not publish false, misleading or deceptive information.

4. Leads and Job Opportunities

NeedATrader.com may provide details of customer enquiries that match the services and locations selected within your profile.

Whilst we endeavour to provide relevant leads, we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of customer information
  • The availability of work
  • The value of any project
  • The number of leads received
  • The likelihood of winning work
  • The customer’s intention to proceed

All leads are provided on a best endeavours basis.

5. Quotations and Contracts

Any quotation provided to a customer is entirely your responsibility.

Any agreement entered into following a lead introduction is solely between you and the customer.

NeedATrader.com is not responsible for:

  • Pricing disputes
  • Late payments
  • Project cancellations
  • Workmanship disputes
  • Variations or contractual disagreements
  • Customer complaints

6. Conduct and Professional Standards

Traders agree to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

You must not:

  • Harass customers
  • Use abusive language
  • Misrepresent your qualifications
  • Provide misleading quotations
  • Use aggressive sales tactics
  • Attempt to obtain customer information through dishonest means
  • Damage the reputation of NeedATrader.com

7. Reviews and Feedback

Customers may be invited to leave reviews or feedback regarding their experience.

NeedATrader.com reserves the right to remove reviews that are considered fraudulent, abusive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

We do not guarantee the removal of genuine negative reviews.

8. Verification Checks

10. Suspension and Termination

11. Limitation of Liability
